Bonus Terms Explained
Before claiming any bonus on p399 or any other platform, it pays to understand exactly what the
terms mean. Here are the seven most important bonus concepts, explained in plain English with
real PKR examples.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
The number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 10× rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in total bets before cashing out.
Example: Rs 2,000 bonus × 15× rollover = Rs 30,000 total bets required before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When playing with active bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum stake per bet — typically between Rs 250 and Rs 500. Placing a bet above this limit while a bonus is active may void the bonus entirely.
Example: If your bonus max-bet cap is Rs 300, a single Rs 500 bet could forfeit your entire bonus balance.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every rupee wagered on slots counts in full. Table games like blackjack or roulette may contribute only 10–20%.
Example: Rs 1,000 bet on slots = Rs 1,000 toward rollover. Rs 1,000 bet on roulette (10% contribution) = only Rs 100 counted.
Bonus Expiry Window
All bonuses have an expiry date. If you don't complete the wagering requirement within the set window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from bonus activation.
Example: A 14-day bonus claimed on the 1st expires at midnight on the 15th — unused balance is removed automatically.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus remains in your account throughout play but cannot itself be withdrawn — only winnings generated from it are cashable. A non-sticky bonus can be separated from your real-money balance and potentially withdrawn after rollover is met.
Example: Rs 1,000 sticky bonus generates Rs 3,500 in winnings. You withdraw Rs 3,500 but the Rs 1,000 bonus disappears on cashout.
Maximum Cash-Out Cap
Some bonuses place a ceiling on how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you actually win. This protects the operator from unlimited liability on promotional offers.
Example: A bonus with a Rs 10,000 max cash-out means even if you turn Rs 500 into Rs 50,000, you can only withdraw Rs 10,000 of those winnings.
